Staying with my family was a delight! The room was spacious and perfect for our needs, and we loved the Oaxacan breakfast that kicked off our mornings. It felt like a home with the friendly vibes and a perfect location close to everything.

absolutely terrible experience. the rooftop was closed, despite my high expectations. reception staff barely made eye contact, and the bedside lamps were practically a design flaw. I thought I would receive a warm welcome gift for my troubles, but I guess my hopes were too high. I just couldn't give a good review after that!

Parador Monte Carmelo provided a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The location is excellent, being very close to Santo Domingo and various local attractions. I particularly enjoyed the spacious, clean room and the delightful Oaxacan breakfast served on the lovely terrace.

Just a solid selection for a trip in Oaxaca with good price-quality ratio. The room had a small refrigerator which was super handy for keeping drinks cold. Don't skip trying the Jugo Verde for breakfast!
